Today was such a weird day. I have 5 kids out today, so with only 16 kids it was just a weird feeling in the room. Kids kept going home left and right today. We were hoping our numbers would get low enough to get us sent home for illness. I didn't realize how quickly kids can get sick.

After the super long day, I didn't have to tutor (yay!) so I came home early. Well, first I went to Fred's and when I went to get back in my car the rain was coming in sideways so I got soaked as I tried to unlock my door. I didn't realize how spoiled I was having a remote lock until the stupid thing quit working TODAY of all days in the torrential downpour we had. The weather and the long boring day I had just did not motivate me to work out and now I wish I had after watching The Biggest Loser, but it's too late in the night to get my blood pumping.

I beat my dad home and when he got here he told me that one of our cows was trying to have her calf, so he would up going back over to my Granny's to help the cow. Luckily everything worked out ok and we are the proud owners of new calf! While he was gone, I hung out with the girls (my dogs). We played, listened to the rain, ate dinner, petted, etc. So we just had a nice lazy night.
