40 pounds and counting!

Keri said I need to update. I agree, so here's some new pics and an update of things that have been going on in the wonderful world of Cheyenne!

Mom, Keri, and I went to the Southern Women's Show at the beginning of April. Since I've been losing weight, I've found out that I actually DO like clothes and trying to look cute! Thus the prisoner ensemble, I mean the super cute outfit I got at Dots (my favorite clothing store!) The pink hat was an addition that I found at the Southern Women's Show and just had to try on, but I decided to leave it there, considering they wanted $57 for something I can make at home for a lot cheaper.

Me and the preggy sis on Easter! I heart her big time! By the way this is the day before I turned 27 (do you think I actually look 27 cause I don't and I don't even feel 27 either).

Ok, here's the latest flash back to the old me and the newer me. I was hoping by the time I posted more pics to have lost anoter 25 pounds, but I've lost another 15 for a total of 40 since November! So, that's still pretty awesome I think. I am feeling so much better, more energized, more happy. I'm excited about losing more!

Me two weeks ago.

So, I love, love, LOVE to walk. That's been my favorite mode of exercise. Well, I decided to try the Country Music 1/2 Marathon this year. I had walked it before and felt like I was going to die, but I'm 40 pounds lighter and figured I could do WAY better. And I really did! I enjoyed every minute of it. I even ran a couple of times (ok, it was always down a hill and not very far, but that's a big step for me!) But the officially 3 hours and 53 minutes it took me to walk it (although I'd like to take about 10 or 15 minutes off of that for the 3 times I had to stop and stand in line to potty because I drank so much water) went by REALLY quickly and I was so happy to see my wonderful family waiting for me at the end!

Woo! I got a medal and a sun burn!

My friend Rianne got married last weekend. I was really excited about it and wearing my new dress that I got a few weekends ago. I felt like a flapper girl, but it fit great and was comfy!
